Walter Bond - English Keynote
Walter Bond, a former professional basketball player, best-selling author and hall of fame motivational speaker, has a passion for personal development. Although a reserve throughout his college basketball career at the University of Minnesota, Bond miraculously enjoyed an eight-year career while spending time as a shooting guard for teams such as the Dallas Mavericks, Utah Jazz and Detroit Pistons. This is where he learned peak performance truths that he has also applied to a wildly successful speaking career. Bond's college basketball career did not say NBA at all. Only hard work, dedication, and commitment got him there. That is the mentality he wants to share with you!
Monica Borda - Spanish Keynote
Mónica Borda studied Psychology and Neuroscience, specializing in Neuropsychoeducation and Neuroleadership at NYU. Her more than 20 years of experience allow her to affirm that we all have the ability to transform and grow if we set our minds to it. All Leaders and Consultants are invited to participate in the 2023 National Convention. Leaders and Consultants may invite one (1) guest to participate.
Registration opens for all Leaders and Consultants on March 1, 2023. The last day to register is June 15, 2023*.
*If you are a New Consultant with a start date of June 16, 2023 – July 12, 2023, you are eligible to register for the 2023 National Convention for $199. Please see below for instructions on how to register after this date.

*If you begin the registration process as one of the first 500 attendees, please be sure to complete your registration (you will receive a confirmation email). The deadline to cancel your National Convention registration and receive a refund is June 22, 2023. If cancellation is made after this date, no refunds will be given. You may cancel/modify your National Convention registration on the National Convention website at: jafraevents.com/convention
If you are unable to attend the JAFRA National Convention and would like to receive a full refund, you must cancel NO LATER THAN Thursday, June 22, 2023. Please note, if you have registered a guest they will also be canceled and refunded. To cancel, do the following OR you may email jafraevents@museem.com and request to cancel your registration.
Step 1 Go to jafraevents.com/convention
Step 2 Click on "Modify Registration"
Step 3 Log in with your email and password created during registration
Step 4 Registrant Details will display; if you have a guest you must cancel their registration first. Click on the trashcan icon to the right of the page and hit “Yes, Delete”

Step 6 Under Registrant details, click on the X to the right of the page. Click “Yes” to confirm your cancellation request.

Step 7 Once cancelled, we will be notified to process your refund.
Step 8 An email will be sent confirming the refund has been processed and the funds will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days.
No. A guest may not attend the event without a Consultant/Leader.
If a cancellation occurs after the published cancellation date, due to a medical emergency, and is supported by official medical documentation, JAFRA may consider refunding your Registration Fee. You must submit your request, in writing, along with attached medical documentation to: Customer Relations Department at jafracares@jafra.com by August 15, 2023 to be considered. Please label the subject line of your email: "2023 National Convention Cancellation Consideration". Requests made after August 15, 2023 will not be considered. No phone requests will be accepted. JAFRA will provide a decision via follow-up email to all submissions by August 31, 2023.
A refund will appear on your account within 5-10 business days after it has been processed. Please be advised that it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to be reflected on your credit/debit account.

No. Amenities must be picked up by the attendee only. They cannot be picked up on behalf of anyone else.
No, amenities will not be sent to anyone who registered and did not attend. Nor can another Leader/Consultant take home amenities for a Leader/Consultant who is a no-show.
No. Amenities are not available to those Leaders/Consultants unable to attend nor are they available for purchase.
TRAVEL
Yes, the Leader/Consultant is responsible for reserving and paying for personal travel arrangements to and from the National Convention (i.e., airfare, transportation, and hotel).

Yes. The special JAFRA rate for attendees is below. These rates are available 3 days prior and 3 days post National Convention (based on availability):

Yes, a valid credit card is required to book a room. The first night’s deposit will be charged to the credit card number provided at the time of booking.

Participation in this or any JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc. event is at the sole risk of each participant. FORCE MAJEURE
Any delay or failure to perform JAFRA Cosmetics International, Inc.’s obligations to participants shall be excused if such failure to perform or any delay is caused by matters such as acts of God, strikes, civil commotion, riots, war, revolution, acts of government, or any other cause which is reasonably beyond the control of JAFRA Cosmetics International to perform.
